JONI
CH. EIRE'S EVERY LITTLE THING
2/28/1998
OFA Excellent
Joni
is the daughter of John and Abbey. She inherited her father's
willingness and stamina combined with her mother's independent
determination.
Joni shared points during her championship run with her sister Sarah (Ch.
Eight Days a Week) with both finishing quickly.
Joni
was a sociable addition to the Eire pack, greeting visitors cheerfully
and loved to sit on the sofa visiting and cuddling with everybody.
Joni
had two litters, one in 1/10/2002 with Valor (Ch. Beaufield's Valiant
Madcaps UD JH) and one with Ryker (Ch. Beaufield Make It So) in 6/7/03.
Ch.
Eire's Incredible Storm (Storm) is her championship son from the first
litter. All her children seem to have inherited her sweet loving temperament
and never-ending wagging tail.
In
2004 Joni retired to live with Maureen Edgar in Toronto, Canada. She
loves being the only dog with walks and cuddling on demand. We often get
updates of her exploits via email and we are always happy to hear how well
she is doing.

GRACIE
Ch. Eire's Don't Pass Me By TP
(Ch. Donegal's Bailey O'Crispin CD x Ch. Eire's Bring Back My Bonny CD)
SN508394/01
Born 12/20/97
OFA Excellent
Thyroid, CERF
Gracie is the only daughter of Bonny. She was born talking and moving fast
and hasn't stopped since.
As a pup Gracie lived with a couple of local women but was returned as an
adult because her energy level was just to much for them. She is a strong,
well built, beautifully coated girl. She is very energetic and independent,
loves to organize her own space and games. She thinks she should be boss
of the world but that probably isn't going to happen.
Gracie began her championship run while in heat, and was bred the day she
got her 2nd major. She completed her Ch. 6 weeks after having her first
litter.
The very day she that her litter she wanted to go out with the rest of the
dogs and run for balls. She jumped over the xpen and the 4' kitchen gate
and had to physically restrained at the door.
Gracie has had two litters, one of 3 pups with Connor (Ch. Eire's Bond'james
Ernesthill CD JH CGC) and one of 6 with George (Ch. Eire's Guitar Gently
Weeps CD CGC). She has produced 3 champions from these litters.
- Ch. Eire's Here There N' Everywhere (Pogo)
- Ch. Eire's High In the Sky (Lucy)
- Ch. Eire's Justice Sinbad (Jude)
making her an IWSCA Top Producer.
Gracie has moved to her 'retirement' home with Sally Devine in Jamestown.
She is living the dream of every IWS, her own home with bumper throwing
and
swimming on command. She still visits us and we are always happy to see
her
cheerful face.

MORGAN
Ch. Tara's Captain Morgan RN
Born 1/18/2000
(UKC Ch. Fynders Beggars & Theives x Ch. Beaufield Kibitzer)
OFA Excellent
Three years ago we were happy to welcome Morgan to our busy Waterdogs Farm.
Morgan was born and spent the first 6 years of his life showing and being
specialed by Tara Darling-Lyon, his breeder and co-owner. He amassed many
significant breed ring awards during that time. He earned his Rally Novice
title since he has been with us and fathered a litter with Penny. Morgan
is now retired and enjoying life as a family dog.

Penny
Ch. Waterbabies Pennylane Eire CD RN CGC
(Ch. Eire's Beatles Reunion TP x Finnibone's Lindholme Gemma)
Born 1/3/2000 OFA Good
Penny was born in Canada, out of our boy John and a lovely
girl everybody
called Canadian Kate. We weren't planning on taking a pup from the litter
but as soon as we saw her she dazzled us. Couldn't resist!! Penny completed
her championship quite easily, getting her first major at
her very first show at 6 months, going over a special. The judge there said
"You're going to have fun with this pup!" and he was right! She
and her
buddy Emmylou traded points thru the summer and both completed their titles
before snow fell. Penny had a bit more trouble with her CD. In between breed
and obedience she had a terrible experience having been lost in the wilds
of
Southern New Jersey while in the care of someone else, hit by a car and
finally found laying in a soybean field by Megan and myself. Because of
this
experience she developed a full-blown case of separation anxiety. So the
recall and long sits and downs were sheer torture for her but she did them!
Penny has had two litters, the L and N pups. We have two of
her kids, Mod
(Eire's Lady Madonna) and Neala (Eire's No More Lonely Nights) and co-own
her son Jack (Ch. Eire's North Coast Captain Jack) who finished his
Championship in 2009 with 3 majors.
Penny earned her Rally Novice title handily placing in the
rosettes for a
couple of those legs.
Penny is retired now, and keeps her 'pack' in line with her
stern golden
brown gaze. She loves to ride in the van, watch TV and run for the
occasional bumper. She is an easygoing couch potato, until she feels she
has
been left behind. Then the pillow tearing monster appears!

Emmylou
Ch. Realta's Revolution at Eire RN

Thyroid
Emmylou was born in Minnesota to the Realta kennel. Her mother,
Ch. Madcaps
Rising Star Stella CDX MH was the first female IWS to earn an AKC Master
Hunter title. Her father, QAA Wh'stops Saracen Highlander MH, was also one
of the few IWS with a AKC Master Hunter title, and successfully competed
in
other hunt venues for much of his life.
Emmylou was a darling pup and fit into the household right away. She and
Penny are close to the same age and became fast friends. As they got older
they swapped points in the show ring and played bumper tag in the back yard.
Altho Em didn't compete in hunt trials, she has passed her illustrious duck
sniffing genes onto her kids. Emmylou had one litter, the "M"
pups, with
Connor (CH. Eire's Bond'james Ernesthill CD JH CGC). These include Murph
(Eire's Murphee Mullownee MH) who has already earned his MH and qualified
for the Masters Invitational, and Sophie (Eire's Maybe I'm Amazed JH) who
has earned her Canadian JH and working towards her obedience and Rally
titles in both countires.
Emmylou completed her Rally Novice title at Stockon, NY in June, 2007. She
finished with a splash earning a Fourth Place in her class. We were
delighted to see Em in good health and spirits during this trial as she
had
experienced some serious health issues earlier in 2007. She is fully
recovered and now spending her retirement studying towards her advance
degrees in pillow fluffing and teddy bear maintenance.
